Jean Moss and Annie both arrived in Telluride in 1940s with their parents. Betty Ruth's grandfather was killed in Smuggler Mine. Her father had first bakery in town. Jean Moss describes ranch life and dairy farm. Annie's husband worked on the aerial trams. Elaine talks mentions school and and student strike. Annie speaks of the finnish community. All talk about social life and snow in the early days.
