Description
Arthur's father and brother worked at Liberty Bell Mine. His brother was killed in a mining accident. His mother's grandfather was a brick layer that built two Nunn houses and the Masonic Hall. The family ran a livery stable on Pacific Street. Later they built the first motel in Telluride. In 1949, he bought property and built Skyline Ranch. Martha's grandparents lived on Deep Creek Mesa. Her father worked at Liberty Bell. Martha was a city clerk. Art took the first motor vechile over Ophir Pass. Other topics include the Galloping Goose; building and running of Skyline Ranch; Martha playing music at Rebekah Lodge.
