WSC Summer Music Camps in the 1950s usually featured more than one marching band. This group, complete with two band majors and a bevy of twirlers, pose for a photograph in parade formation on the lawn west of the old college clubhouse. One of the Highland Village buildings can be seen in the background.

The 1936 Music Camp Clinic Band practices in a Taylor Hall classroom, possibly "South Hall", i.e. Gunnison High School. One of the banners reads, "1920 FOOTBALL CHAMPS" and another reads, "WESTERN COLORADO BOYS BASKET BALL CHAMPS 1926".
