Frank Doll was listed as the General Manager. Although the letterhead was for their Chicago office, the location was mistakenly typed as Gypsum.

George Doll was the father of Hiram, Sam, Zachariah, and Frank Doll. Frank and Samuel were ranchers and horsemen in the Gypsum Valley, Doll Brothers & Condon Ranch.
