"This house, located in the south-east part of the old Groh ranch, was built by Sam Kibbler about 1905 and he, his wife and daughter, Lucille, were the first occupants, but only for a few years. After they left, it has been a home to a number of people including the Grohs after retirement. Its appearance has changed somewhat since 1905 though it's still the same house.
