1920s: Victorian residence owned by Mary Hart and Arthur Hockett in Eagle, CO. View is from the front, showing the porch, detail of woodwork, chimney, and trees without leaves. It still stands at the corner of Second and Howard Streets, 203 Howard [2010], carefully restored to its original appearance.

Carrie and Dave Duncan's home which was located on the north corner of Broadway; now (2012) a private residence on Capital Street.
"Mrs. Duncan and her husband, Dave Duncan, were two of the early pioneers of Eagle. They became residents of Eagle in about 1890, and for many years Mr. Duncan's place of business was the meeting place in the lower Eagle Valley." --Eagle Valley Enterprise Jan. 24, 1941.

A view of Eagle from the south. The Chambers Barn, now the Eagle County Historical Society Museum, can be seen in midground at the left. Bridge over Eagle River in midground, near top of photograph. Houses, sheds, and barns line the street. This photograph would have been almost exactly where the current Interstate 70 interchange is located today.

Looking west on Water Street, Red Cliff, Colorado, in the winter. The horses and corral were the property of the Fleming Lumber Company; framing house on the right hand side of the street. First house on the left belonged to Tom Collins; second house was Earl Beck's.
